Nursing Care Home

At Beulah Vista, we have a fantastic team of nurses to offer around the clock care for you or your loved one. Nurses offer reassurance and allow our residents to remain at Beulah Vista as they prevent hospital admissions. Our nursing team have the skill set to support residents with complex health conditions and can help families to apply for Funding Nursing Care to help towards funding.

Our nurses lead our shifts ensuring that the care team are informed of any changes with our residents and feel supported as our nurses are hands on. Our person-centred care plans helps our team respond to individual needs, enhance their independence and to offer reassurance.

The nursing team is able to make referrals to other Health Care Professionals such as GP’s, SALT and dieticians if required. We are in partnership with St Christopher’s hospice who are always happy to support our residents, families, and team members. St Christopher’s also deliver training throughout the year to our team members to ensure they are delivering current/good practice.
